Manual deburring
The traditional way is manual use of steel file, sandpaper, grinding head grinding; The trimming knife gradually replaces these traditional methods, which is simple and convenient to use, does not need technical treatment, saves cost and environmental protection.
Chemical deburring
Based on the principle of electrochemical reaction, deburring can be done automatically and selectively for metal parts. It can be widely used in deburring of pump body, valve body, connecting rod, plunger needle valve couple and other parts of different metal materials in pneumatic, hydraulic, engineering machinery, nozzle oil pump, automobile, engine and other industries. It is suitable for difficult to remove internal burr, parts after heat treatment and finish machining
Electrolytic deburring
Electrochemical machining (ECD) is a method of deburring metal parts by electrolysis. The cathode of the tool (usually made of brass) is fixed near the burred part of the workpiece, with a certain gap (generally 0.3-1 mm). The conductive part of the cathode of the tool is aligned with the edge of the burr, and other surfaces are covered with insulating layer, so that the electrolysis is concentrated on the burr. During machining, the cathode of the tool is connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply, and the workpiece is connected to the positive pole of the DC power supply. Low pressure electrolyte (usually sodium nitrate or sodium chlorate solution) with pressure of 0.1-0.3 MPa flows between the workpiece and cathode. When the DC power is turned on, the burr will be removed by anodic dissolution and be taken away by the electrolyte. The electrolyte is corrosive to some extent, and the workpiece should be cleaned and antirust after deburring. Electrolytic deburring is suitable for deburring the cross holes in the concealed parts or the parts with complex shape. It has high production efficiency, and the deburring time generally only takes a few seconds to dozens of seconds. This method is often used for deburring of gear, spline, connecting rod, valve body and crankshaft oil passage orifice, and sharp corner rounding. The disadvantage is that the parts near the burr are also affected by electrolysis, the surface will lose its original luster, and even affect the dimensional accuracy
Ultrasonic deburring
When the ultrasonic energy produced by the ultrasonic wave acts on the liquid in the sparse state, it will tear into very small holes (that is, the inside is vacuum). When these holes break, they will produce instantaneous pressure up to several hundred atmospheres, which is called cavitation phenomenon. Ultrasonic deburring is the use of "cavitation phenomenon" generated by hundreds of atmospheres of instantaneous impact force to remove the burr attached to the parts. Ultrasonic deburring is not suitable for all kinds of burr, mainly for some micro burr. Generally, if the burr needs to be observed by microscope, we can try to remove it by ultrasonic method. For the burr visible to the naked eye, it mainly depends on the bonding strength. For the burr with weak bonding strength, ultrasonic can be used. Cold trimming and deburring
The thickness of flash (or burr) of rubber, plastic products, zinc magnesium aluminum alloy and other products is much thinner than that of products, so the embrittlement speed of flash (or burr) is faster than that of products. In this state, through the high-speed jet of frozen particles impacting the burr (or Flash) of products, the burr (or Flash) of products can be removed with high quality and high efficiency, It is a special deburring (trimming) equipment that can keep all the physical properties of the products unchanged. It can greatly improve the precision of trimming (deburring) and has a high degree of intensification. At present, this kind of equipment has become an indispensable equipment for trimming and deburring in precision rubber and plastic products and die casting enterprises.
Magnetic deburring machine
