Principle of chemical deburring
Metal electrochemical machining technology, in the professional design of the fixture system, the workpiece and electrode are respectively connected with the positive and negative poles of the power supply. Under the action of electric field, flow field and working fluid, the charge exchange between the two stages is generated, which realizes the "ion removal" of the specific parts of the workpiece, and achieves the process requirements of deburring, rounding, polishing or forming.
Electrochemical deburring has obvious advantages for the complex cavity parts which are difficult to handle by hand and have poor accessibility, especially for the burr on the intersection line of cross holes. Electrochemical deburring can achieve high edge uniformity and good surface quality for machining edge, which has the advantages of good deburring effect, safety, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and good deburring effect. Generally, compared with traditional process, the efficiency can be increased by more than 10-20 times.
