In the manufacturing industry, the most concentrated and difficult part of labor force is the finishing of precision parts. Generally, the processing cost is as high as 15% of the total production cost. Deburring and polishing problems in finish machining have always been difficult to overcome in the full automation of precision parts production. Dongguan Rongxun auto parts polishing machine Co., Ltd. has developed the concept of inner surface and corner treatment: it has more characteristics in metal surface treatment. Today, Rongxun auto parts polishing machine manufacturers introduce electrochemical deburring polishing for auto parts.
Principle of electrochemical machining
It is always a headache that there are rough and burr at the intersection of channels in parts. Electrochemical deburring is a good way to solve these problems. This technology is to use the forming tooling to process the selected parts of the workpiece. The electrolyte connected with the current passes between the workpiece and the tooling to dissolve the burr instantaneously. At the same time of deburring, uniform and accurate rounding corners are generated at the intersection of the inner channels. The processing time is usually between 10 seconds and 30 seconds. Most workpieces use multiple electrode head tooling, which can achieve higher work efficiency. The removal amount depends on the amount of current between the workpiece (positive electrode) and the tooling (negative electrode). The electrode head is usually designed to be symmetrical with the workpiece surface.
Electrochemical machining is a kind of production technology with characteristics and high efficiency. It is suitable for machining all kinds of metal parts, such as deburring, forming, machining, corner rounding and finishing. Casting, forging, machining, or EDM parts can be polished by electrochemical methods. The removal amount is between 0.01mm and 0.5mm. In general, the finish can be improved by 5 to 10 orders of magnitude. After polishing, the surface of the product is even and smooth, and the mirror is shiny.
Typical applications of electrochemical polishing include: parts with high purity requirements; Human surgical implants; Bottle mold; And all kinds of stainless steel parts. For example: when electrochemical machining diesel fuel injection nozzle parts, a quantitative cavity with smooth wall is machined at the middle hole, and the cross hole and corner are rounded at the same time.
